Payments, prices and return policy

All embroidery clothing prices include the materials used, 24% VAT Tax, embroidery and working hours. Shipping charges will be added on the total price. You can find more example prices in the prices page.
Only unworn, unwashed products returned within 14 days or defective items can be returned for full refund. In case of a return, order will be fully refunded except the delivery costs. Delivery costs remain on customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

Custom Orders do not have returning possibility, make sure you give correct measurements,but if you aren't happy with your custom order contact via email. In case of an issue with a product of a possible return, please contact me firsthand.

Custom orders

Payments are collected via invoice once the model is agreed and prior creating the product. Order is binding once it is being agreed and it cannot be returned or refunded unless agreed otherwise. However, in case there is something with the product that you are not happy with, please contact me firsthand and I’ll see if there is something that can be done. Please do not hesitate to contact me, if you have any further questions.

Shop orders

Shop orders have 14 day return policy for unused and unbroken products, customer is obligated to pay the shipping. Contact via email if you want to make a return. Full payment of the product will be returned after the product has been sent and arrived back to atelier.

Customer has the responsibility of the product during the return shipping, I recommend to use tracking code, since payment will be returned only when the product is back in the atelier.

Taxes and customs

Customer has the responsibility for paying taxes and import VAT on deliveries outside EU.
