Word "lintukoto" comes from Finnish mythology. It originally meant a small place between the sky and the land. Place where birds would fly during winter and human souls would go after death.

Now days it is used to describe Finland. Our small and peaceful country.

 

All the Kaiho Collection jewelries are hand-painted and coated with protective varnish layer. Each jewelry is unique and beautiful, which means they are not made in large quantities.

Metal parts are nickel free metal. All the jewelries are made out of PEFC- and FSC- sertified Finnish birch wood.

 

These jewelries are light to use and shimmer in sunlight.

Keep in dry place and avoid contact with water, because these birds can't swim. Jewelry might gather some dirt from skin contact.

 

If so, clean after use with damp towel. Jewelry will be delivered in a durable box. Store your precious jewelry inside the box, when you aren't wearing them.
